I am Leslie Mizerak an Executive & Business Coach with Get Courageous Coaching where I specialize in executive, leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and business coaching. I work with individuals and teams to strengthen leadership capabilities. I am especially skilled in helping clients to understand and build their leadership competency in the areas of influence, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and communication.
I am proud to be certified in Emotional Intelligence and a certified Dare to Lead facilitator using the programs to both facilitate and coach individuals. Other certifications include Fierce Communications, Crucial Conversations, DiSC/MBTI/EQ/360/Hogan Assessments, & The Leadership Challenge.

I am Jess Mizerak, an Executive Coach specialized in business & life-abroad coaching, emotional intelligence, burnout and well-being. I work with organizations and individuals to identify areas where soft skills can be improved and to create an action plan for growth.
After nearly a decade of doing remote work in marketing and instructional design, I am now dedicated to coaching and training. I'm certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 assessments. And because I view creativity as a catalyst for learning, I'm also a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator.
I believe emotional intelligence coaching is for those who wish to advance their career, prevent burnout, improve overall well-being, build better relationships, and/or lead a fulfilling, satisfying life.
